I joined Flight Centre from university as a retail consultant in March 2000. After a year, I moved to the Product department as a Fares Distribution Consultant, and a year after that, I joined the People and Culture team.
Within the People and Culture team, I’ve held several roles, including Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader, Leisure Novice Facilitator, Learning and Development Team Leader, and One Best Way expert and Team leader.
I then successfully applied as the Retail subject matter expert and solutions architect when FCTG migrated from Travelport to Amadeus. It is here where my journey began into business analysis, project, and change management.
I am passionate about people and systems and the Independent Brands platform allows me to join these two passions ensuring our customers are happy, productive, and profitable.
